Jean has a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics for the National University of Rwanda and a Master's in Information Science from Mount Kenya University. Prior to joining IPA, he held various positions at the National Examination and School Inspection Authority, the Rwanda Education Board, and the Ministry of Education.
