Allan is a Research Associate at IPA Uganda. He began his career in 2012 as a Field Officer and later grew through the ranks of team leader, Field Manager before advancing to his current position. Allan previously worked with Ichuli Institute as a Survey Manager, and the Center for Social Research as Field Supervisor. As a Research Associate, he has managed many projects in consumer protection, education, health, refugee, governance, and entrepreneurship. Allan holds a Bachelor's degree in Arts majoring in Social Anthropology from Makerere University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation. In 2018, he was a Frank M. Andrew Fellow at the Summer Institute for Social Research at the University of Michigan.
