Daniela works as a Global Associate for IPA's Right-Fit Evidence Unit, based in Colombia. Before joining IPA, Daniela served as Editor for Latin America in democraciaAbierta, the regional project of UK-based independent media organization, openDemocracy. Daniela has also worked within the International Committee of the Red Cross' regional data office in Bogotá; in Colombia's Jurisdicción Especial para la Paz, the transitional justice entity born out of the country's 2016 Peace Agreement; and with the Inter-American Development Bank's Innovation for Citizen Services team in Bogotá. Daniela holds an MA in Government from Johns Hopkins University and a double major (BA) in Political Science and Sociology from Boston University.
