Gloria works at IPA Uganda as an Associate Research Manager. Gloria has led the implementation of 5 Randomized Control Trials and 1 process evaluation in various sectors and regions throughout Uganda through her work at IPA in various roles. Her effort has resulted in the creation of effective field monitoring and data quality assurance methods, which the rest of the teams have adopted. Gloria has also volunteered at the Boroli refugee settlement in the Adjumani area, where she assisted in the development of monitoring and evaluation tools for a community-based organization.
