Ginger Golub oversees research management of over 20 active impact evaluations at IPA Kenya, as well as country office operational departments, including finance, HR/admin, IT, policy, and business development. Prior to joining IPA, her focus was on maternal and sexual reproductive health in Kenya. She also has a background in HIV research and implementation internationally and in Kenya: in 2009, she was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship to study dance as a vehicle of HIV prevention education. Ginger holds an MPH in Epidemiology from Columbia's Mailman School of Public Health and a BS in Nutritional Sciences from Cornell University, both degrees specializing in global health.
