Isaac Arthur is a Senior Research Quality Associate with IPA Ghana. He works across multiple projects and ensures data from IPA Ghana is of high quality. Before joining IPA, he worked as field staff with Ghana Statistical Service, KANTAR, and Forestry Research Institute of Ghana where he fulfilled various roles. He is experienced in managing field data collection, programming, and setting up data management systems.
