IPA Philippines held a two-day event on March 1-2, 2017 with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), the implementing partner for an impact evaluation of the Special Program for Employment of Students (SPES). On the first day, IPA provided a capacity-building workshop on Introduction to Impact Evaluation to program-concerned staff at the local, regional, and national levels. On the second day, IPA presented findings from the process evaluation and baseline data collection to program-concerned staff and DOLE senior officials.
