Based in Cusco, Rafael has served as IPA Peru's national field coordinator since 2014. Prior to his work with IPA, Rafael managed field work for various impact evaluations of social programs in Peru. Rafael holds a BS in Mathematics and Statistics and an MA in Statistics from la Universidad Nacional de San Antonio Abad del Cusco.
