Phionah Abaho works on the Women Mean Business (WMB) project, where she monitors the daily operation of the SMS survey system and manages the SMS platform, manages the field team, and provides oversight in the mobilization of all midline surveys. Before joining the WMB project, Phionah worked as a Data Entry Officer for three years on several projects including ACT, GLASE, and SEED at IPA Uganda. She holds a BA in Urban and Regional Planning and a Postgraduate Certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation from Makerere University.
