Mphatso Nkhweza is a Field Manager at IPA Malawi, overseeing all of the intervention activities on the Fingerprinting Project. She joined IPA in 2009 as a Field Officer and has worked on different projects, excelling through the ranks to her current position. She holds a BBA from Share World Open University, and has mostly worked with research-related institutions, including IPA, for several years.

She is currently working on the project Fingerprinting To Reduce Risky Borrowing (FRRB).
