Mercy is currently a Senior Field Staff at IPA Ghana working on the Ghana Caregiver and Child Panel Survey project. She holds a B. Ed. in Guidance and Counseling from the University of Education, Winneba. Mercy has worked with IPA on various projects such as Preschool, FTTT, GUIDE, and CHPS. She is interested in Research and Data Management and aspires to undertake a Master's degree in Educational Policy in order to contribute her knowledge and experiences in building robust education systems.
