Lutamyo Innocent Mwamlima is IPA Malawi's surveys coordinator. Before becoming the surveys coordinator he was a field manager for most of the projects conducted in Malawi. He worked with different local and international NGO within Malawi on qualitative and quantitative social economics data collection and conducted some monitoring and evaluation of on going projects. He also have worked with University of Michigan and world bank as short term consultant before transitioning to IPA Malawi in 2009.
