Daniel Nava Ruvalcaba works as a Research Associate at IPA Peru. He is currently working on a project that seeks to estimate the impact of two savings incentive policies on independent workers in Peru. The project is being developed together with the IDB and the Universidad del Pacífico. He has previously worked as a Research Assistant for the Center for Research and Teaching in Economics (CIDE) in Mexico, where he participated in the development of the second round of the Aguascalientes Longitudinal Study of Child Development (EDNA). Daniel also worked as an intern at IPA Peru on an NBER project about the impact of strong social distancing policies on Intimate Partner Violence (IPV). Daniel holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy from CIDE.
