Brianda Romero Castelán produces policy publications, works on business development, and supports country offices in East Africa on evidence-to-impact efforts. Prior to joining IPA she worked for the Mexican Ministry of Economy, where she focused on the use of data to develop strategies for economic growth, and for the Mexican Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where she specialized in regional integration and cooperation. Brianda holds a Master’s in Global Affairs from Yale University and a BA in International Relations from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM).
