Albert Nyuangar, Jr., is the Senior Policy and Research Associate for IPA Liberia. Prior to joining IPA, he served as the Director of the Tax Appeals Board of Liberia, an organization that resolves tax disputes and advocates for fairness in the tax system. In addition to managing administrative operations, he drove effective tax policy and offered technical support on contested cases. He consulted with the International Finance Corporation on their flagship report, Doing Business.  Albert holds a Master's degree in International Development Policy from Duke University and an MBA from Liberia.
