Peter Srouji is IPA's Associate Director of Program Development. He previously served as Acting Country Director and Deputy Country Director for IPA Philippines, where he oversaw several impact evaluations, spearheaded new projects, conducted external capacity building, and helped lead policy outreach activities. Since joining IPA in 2011, his portfolio has included projects across the fields of agriculture, social protection, remittances, nutrition, and governance with government, NGO, and private sector partners. Previously, Peter worked for the International Labour Organization as an impact evaluation consultant and helped develop monitoring systems for one of the largest microfinance institutions in the U.S. He has a BA in Economics and International Studies from DePaul University and an MSc in Development Studies from the London School of Economics.
