Aug 30 IPA Liberia Presents to President of Liberia on Partnership Schools for Liberia (PSL) Post Teaser Text On August 30, 2017, IPA Liberia presented preliminary results of the first year of the Partnership Schools for Liberia (PSL) study to the President of Liberia and the Cabinet.Under the Partnership Schools for Liberia (PSL) program, the Government of Liberia delegated management of 93 public schools to eight operators: BRAC, Bridge International Academies, Youth Movement for Collective Action2, More than Me, Omega Schools, Rising Academies, Stella Maris, and Street Child.
