The goal of the matchmaking event was to generate dialogue, and ultimately partnerships, between researchers and microinsurance providers to rigorously evaluate the business and social impacts of innovative, evidence-driven insurance products.The event introduced the state of the evidence on microinsurance and open questions for further research.
