Past Events Aug 06 IPA Co-Hosts Ghana's Evidence Day with the Ministry of Education Post Teaser Text On August 6, 2018, IPA and Ghana’s Ministry of Education (MoE) partnered to host an “Evidence Day” kicking off the Ministry’s annual sector review.The event showcased the ongoing co-creation of evidence in Ghana between IPA and MoE and connected this evidence with the real-time education policymaking occurring during the week’s annual sector planning. IPA and the MoE jointly shaped the agenda of Evidence Day, which brought together researchers, policymakers, and practitioners to connect evidence with the education policy agenda in Ghana.Researchers presented rigorous, high-quality research on a range of topics relevant to education policy questions in Ghana. Jul 27 IPA Zambia Presents Preliminary Results of Maternal Health Study at Ministry of Health Working Group Post Teaser Text On July 27, IPA and the International Growth Centre (IGC), in collaboration with the Zambian Ministry of Health (MoH), presented the preliminary results of a study titled “Maternal Mortality Risk and Desired Fertility" at the MoH's Family Planning Technical Working Group meeting.These meetings are monthly policy and technical sessions hosted by the MoH with stakeholders and representatives from organizations that address family planning in Zambia.
