On November 8, as part of IPA Philippines' engagement with the Office of the Vice President of the Republic of the Philippines, Loic Watine, the Director of IPA's Goldilocks Right-Fit Evidence Unit, presented on right-fit M&E to 28 local government staff, 7 of whom are mayors from 9 Luzon-based local government units (LGU). This was in support of the OVP's Bridging Leadership Program for their partner LGUs all over the Philippines. IPA Philippines Policy Associate Riza Halili gave the same presentation on November 15, 22, and 28, 2017 to 24 LGUs in Visayas in Mindanao comprised of 65 LGU staff, including 9 mayors.
