Micah Mendie leads the development and execution of IPA's Nigeria policy and embedded lab at the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP) to ensure that evidence is sought, used, and applied at scale by decision-makers. His management experience spans the sectors of Irregular Migration, Agriculture, Food Security and Livelihoods, Market Systems Development, amongst others. Prior to joining IPA, Micah worked as a policy analyst, researcher, management consultant, and lead evaluator for various International NGOs and research organizations. Micah has an MPA from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) and a BSc (Honors) in Forest Resources Management from the University of Ibadan.
