Carlos Restituyo Vassallo works on a project on microcredit for beneficiaries of the conditional cash transfer program Progresando con Solidaridad (ProSoli) in the Dominican Republic. Previously, Carlos had worked as a research assistant to professors at the Toulouse School of Economics, and Richmond, the American International University in London. Carlos has a Masters in economics from the Toulouse School of Economics, and a BA in economics and a philosophy minor from Richmond, the American International University in London.
