Sergio De Marco is IPA's Director, Out of Country Office Projects, for Latin America and the Caribbean. He oversaw multiple impact evaluations in sectors like education, financial inclusion, and social protection. Besides leading projects' operations, Sergio actively engages in conversations with various partners, particularly in the public sector, to share evidence and contribute to evidence-based best practices. In 2013, he participated in the UNU International Human Dimensions Programme on Global Environmental Change in Bonn, Germany. Sergio holds an MSc in International Trade, Finance, and Development from the Graduate School of Economics in Barcelona.
