Kelvin Gichia supports the IPA Kenya Country Office in all policy-related activities, including disseminating research findings to policymakers and media, encouraging scale-up of evidence, conducting policy and stakeholder mapping, identifying key bodies both in the national and county governments, and devising an engagement plan. Kelvin also supports in information management and communication, including supporting the production of internal and external publications. Kelvin joined IPA in April 2017 as a Policy Assistant and has worked with several projects to encourage scale-up of evidence. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Media Studies majoring in Development Communication from The University of Nairobi.
