Yadiraah works as a Research Associate at IPA Peru. She is currently focused on a follow-up study evaluating the impact of the E-Lancers program, in cooperation with the Inter-American Development Bank. This program seeks to develop soft and technical skills of the participants to enter the labor market of freelance digital platforms. Previously, she worked on a project that sought to assess the impact of Venezuelan immigration regularization on employment, health, and education in Peru. Before joining IPA, she was a research assistant on projects related to Economics of Aging. She holds a BA and a Mayor in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru. She also has a diploma on Impact Evaluation and Public Policies from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
