Vincent advises on Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL), Right-Fit Evidence (RFE), and data usage for humanitarian, development, and peacebuilding projects. Before joining IPA, Vincent worked as Impact and Accountability Coordinator for the NGO Global Citizen on defining and measuring impact in the development space. He also worked as a consultant for UNDP and the Inter-American Development Bank, and as a researcher at the Sustaining Peace Project. From 2017 to 2019, he headed the Methodology Department of the Heidelberg Institute for International Conflict Research (HIIK). He holds a BA in Political Science and a BSc in Psychology, both from Heidelberg University, and a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University.
