Sarah serves as an M&E Associate with IPA’s Right-Fit Evidence Unit. She has over 8 years of extensive technical experience and leadership in M&E, Research, and Learning in various development sectors including WASH, Agriculture, Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights, Youth Livelihoods, and Health Systems Strengthening. Prior to joining IPA, she was a freelance M&E and Learning consultant with Deutsche Gesellschaft fϋr Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH-Sanitation for Millions Programme and Heifer International Uganda-East African Youth Inclusion Programme. She has also previously worked with The Water Trust and Straight Talk Foundation in Uganda. Sarah holds a Master of Science in Monitoring and Evaluation and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health, to which background she blends with the commitment to support and advocate for the use of data for evidence-based programming for meaningful development.
