N'Guessan Kouamé Ismael has been a Field Manager at IPA since October 2021. He previously served as a surveyor, back-checker, and supervisor for IPA in 2016 and 2018. Prior to joining IPA, he served as a trainee journalist and as a surveyor in several offices, including ENSEA and OnPoint Group Africa. He obtained his Modern Master of Arts degree in 2007 from the University of Abidjan.
