Miguel Seminario works as a Senior Project Associate at IPA Peru. He is in charge of adapting and implementing a mobile messaging campaign that engages men with an aspirational and positive masculine identity to prevent intimate partner violence; this campaign was previously carried out in Liberia and Uganda. Before IPA, Miguel worked at the Directorate of Public Employment Service of the Peruvian Ministry of Labour and Employment. He led the design of the theory of change and employment pathways for job seekers. He holds a degree in Social Psychology from Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP) and an MSc in Social Policy from the University of Melbourne.
