Kenneth Scheffler oversees a portfolio of engagements with donors, nonprofits, and other implementing organizations in IPA’s Right-Fit Evidence Unit. Throughout his career, Ken has supported donors and implementing organizations in using evidence and learning to improve decisions and enhance impact. Previously, he co-founded the family planning nonprofit Family Empowerment Media and helped craft its monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems. He has also served as a Senior Project Manager at Dalberg Consulting in Kenya and led monitoring and evaluation for the USAID's Higher Education Solutions Network. Ken holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University.
