Juliet holds a DSWASA from Makerere Institute for Social Development, Kampala. She is currently a Field Manager on the "We Care Solar" project. She has vast experience in research, having started as an enumerator and climbed the ladder up to the Field Manager position at IPA. Prior to IPA, she worked at the International Food Policy Research Institute as an Enumerator, the UN World Food Program as an Enumerator and Team Leader, and with ACDI VOCA, CCF Emergency Unit, and the Clinton Health Access Initiative.
