Jarret Guajardo guides external partners to maximize strategy and efficiency in their monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) systems as well as process and outcome evaluations. Through his work at Save the Children and consultancies with World Vision and Right to Play, Jarret has led impact evaluations in 19 countries throughout Africa, the Middle East, South Asia, and Southeast Asia. As Head of Evidence & Learning, Jarret led the change process to transform Save the Children International in Cambodia into a learning organization. Jarret started his development work as a US Peace Corps volunteer, teaching English in a Jordanian village. He holds an MA in International Relations from Johns Hopkins SAIS.
