Donnie is a Research Associate currently working on a project involving assessing technical-vocational educational outcomes in the Philippines. He has previously worked on various research assistantships and consultancies on education, finance, peace, energy, and environment. He holds an MA in Economics degree from the University of the Philippines in Diliman.
