Kevin Dunne is a Research Associate at IPA's Sierra Leone office, supporting research that looks to improve candidate quality in local council elections. Prior to joining IPA, he worked at J-PAL North America managing stakeholder relations and evidence dissemination for various research projects. He has also worked at MIT Solve on their M&E team and as a research assistant on projects studying domestic violence and COVID-19. Kevin holds a B.S. in Economics and Environmental Science from Northeastern University.
