Jose works on coordinating social protection programs as a Research Associate at IPA Colombia. Prior to joining IPA, he worked as a Public Policy Specialist at the Secretary of Security of Bogotá. Jose also has experience as a Quantitative Consultant and Survey-data Specialist at Panagora Group (USAID Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Activity in Colombia). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master's of Economics from Universidad de los Andes.
