Oscar works as a Logistics and Administrative Assistant for IPA Colombia. He is a technician in structured networks, with experience in logistics management for 15 years. Currently, Oscar is providing support in the areas of supplying inputs for field staff, processing incentives for research projects and maintenance of fixed assets of the IPA Colombia office.
