Sharon is an Associate Research Manager for IPA Liberia. Before she came to IPA, she worked as an M&E Officer for a local NGO in Tamale, Ghana. She also has worked as an M&E Consultant for multiple projects with Aflatoun International. She has experience conducting research in the areas of education, sexual and reproductive health and rights, and economic empowerment. She holds a Research Master's degree in Social and Health Psychology from Utrecht University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Free University in Amsterdam.
