Radhika Lokur analyzes data for various projects and academic publications led by Dean Karlan, assists with data collection through survey instrument development, and provides support to field staff and principal investigators. Radhika joined IPA after completing a MA in International and Development Economics from Yale University, where her research focused on education, gender inequality, and microfinance. She graduated from St. Xavier's College (Mumbai) with a BA in Economics and Statistics. Radhika co-founded an NGO which provides sustainable and cost efficient solar lights to slum households in Maharashtra, India.
