Before joining IPA’s Applied Research & Methods (ARM) team as a Program Associate, Benjamin worked with IPA Ghana as a Research Associate, primarily on the project "The Impact of Contract Farming on High Yielding Seeds Adoption in Ghana” with Chris Udry. Before IPA Ghana, Benjamin worked with CARE International as a Project Officer on Climate Smart Agriculture/VSLAs programs. He then joined Positive Planet Foundation, a French International NGO as a Business Development Advisor and subsequently as a Project Manager focused on women's empowerment through microfinance, education & ICT. Benjamin has extensive experience in agricultural value chain programs, producer cooperatives, social protection, managing randomized evaluations, and nutrition & health programs. He holds an MSc in Development Planning & Management (KNUST-Ghana), a BSc in Community Nutrition (UDS-Ghana), and is a trained Project Management Professional (PMP).
