Estelle Plat is the Country Director for IPA Francophone West Africa (FWA), covering IPA's offices in Burkina Faso, Côte d'Ivoire, and Mali. Estelle has worked on several projects at IPA, including the Sorghum Technology Adoption Project (a project of Technology Adoption in Agriculture), the Family Planning project, and the Safety Nets and Early Childhood Development (ECD) project. Her professional experience includes working on the African Economic Outlook 2013. Estelle holds a Master's degree in Public Policy and Development from the Paris School of Economics.
