Juan Sebastián works as a Senior Research Associate on Governance and SME projects. He started at IPA as an intern before becoming a Research Analyst and has worked on a financial education program, a crime and citizen security project, and a small-scale vendor evaluation in low-income neighborhoods in Bogotá. Before IPA, Juan worked as a Teacher's Assistant in the Alberto Lleras Camargo School of Government and did an internship in the Chamber of Commerce. He holds an MSc in Economics as well as a BA in Economics with a minor in Government and Political Science from the Universidad de los Andes.
