Ivan holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Makerere. His key interest is Software Development. He has interacted with various Object orient languages but of recent he interacts more with Python. He has keen knowledge in Stata and GIS and is currently pursuing a MicroMasters in Data, Economics, and Development Policy at MIT.x Currently he is working with IPA in the following areas: (i) co-leading the electronic programming of surveys in Excel, using Open Data Kit (ODK)/SurveyCTO, (ii) rendering support to improve, standardize, and automate IPA’s data flow and data quality tools, using STATA and Python programming, and (iii) offering timely support in the aggregation, cleaning, analysis, and visualisation of surveys.
