Osman Siddiqi manages a portfolio of existing research and new project opportunities, and financial and administrative operations in Sierra Leone and Liberia. Prior to joining IPA in 2015, he has worked in the design and implementation of randomized trials in health and skills development in Pakistan. Moreover, he has worked in the technology sector having developed an online living wage calculator with Code for South Africa and data flow management systems for Population Services International in Zimbabwe. Lastly, he has worked in the impact investing sector in pitching the development of low income consumer research units in emerging market economies. Osman has a Master’s in Public Administration in International Development from Harvard Kennedy School and a BA in Development Economics from McGill University.
