Riza Halili, Policy Associate for IPA Philippines, gave an Introduction to Monitoring and Evaluation presentation for the Office of the Vice President of the Philippines' (OVP) Field Coordinators. The 15 Field Coordinators will be responsible for monitoring the OVP's poverty programs implemented in partnership with various local government units in the Philippines.
