On July 18-19, IPA held the first of the workshops in a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) training series for the Supreme Court of the Philippines. Over the course of the two days, the fifty-two Supreme Court staff across eight offices were introduced to key concepts of M&E. The participants, under their respective offices, worked on developing a relevant theory of change and applying CART principles as they began to build out an M&E framework, in between lectures on these concepts. Atty. Laura C.H. del Rosario, Deputy Clerk of Court and Judicial Reform Program Administrator of the Supreme Court Program Management Office, opened the event and Honorable Jose Midas P. Marquez, Court Administrator of the Supreme Court of the Philippines closed the event. The workshop was facilitated by seven IPA staff with assistance from three interns.
