Yvette is IPA's Director of Employee Relations and Accountability. She previously held human resource roles in healthcare, electric utilities, and global humanitarian mission-driven organizations, including World Vision and Women for Women. Over the years she has contributed to both strategic and operational human resource functions in over 20 countries covering areas such as diversity, performance management, employee relations, labor relations, organizational development, and talent acquisition. Her goal at IPA is to enhance organizational effectiveness with the most valuable asset, people. Yvette holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Phoenix.
