Josue supports projects related to promoting entrepreneurship among Venezuelan migrants in Peru as a Research Associate. He has previously served in the role of Research Analyst. He previously worked on socioeconomic inequality, health, and digital economy projects as a Research Assistant at the Economics Department at Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru (PUCP). He holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences with a focus in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru (PUCP).
