Gerardo works as an Associate Research Manager at IPA Peru. He is currently managing projects in Latin American countries, focused on Education, Small and Medium Enterprises, and Social Protection. He previously worked as a Senior Research Associate and Research Associate at IPA, on projects related to education, in El Salvador and Belize, as well as a project on corruption in Peru. Gerardo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (UNMSM). He previously worked as a Consultant in Public Policy and Teaching Assistant at UNMSM.
