Emeka Eluemunor is IPA’s Regional Director for West Africa. He previously served as the Country Director for IPA Nigeria, leading the country program including operations, project development, research oversight, and policy engagement. Prior to joining IPA, Emeka provided research and results measurement support to development programs in multiple countries. He also worked as an Economist in the Research Department of the Central Bank of Nigeria.
