Ana is a Research Associate in the Mexico City office, working on projects related to the learning processes of police organizations. Prior to joining IPA, Ana specialized in various security-related issues among them the design, implementation, and evaluation of criminal justice systems while at Fundación IDEA and the evaluation of the Mexican penitentiary system at C-230 Consultores. Ana holds a BA in International Relations from Tecnológico de Monterrey, México.
